 We chose this facility because it was built around a beautiful courtyard. The patient’s door opens to fresh air where one could sit just outside their room, the patio or walkways and listen to pipe in music while enjoying sunny days. I can’t express how wonderful the Hacienda staff members are. Each and every one of them. It’s always, by my name, a smile, a hello, and “do you need anything” from them.
